90 Days to spontaneous coherence

Do not compare, do not measure. No other way is like yours. All other ways deceive and tempt you. You must fulfill the way that is in you. —Carl Jung

“To know means to know all. Not to know all means not to know. In order to know all, it is only necessary to know a little. But, in order to know this little, it is first necessary to know pretty much.”
― G.I. Gurdjieff

Our object is to discover what...you really want. it is not an easy task.

I’m not here to give you another system. (I thought about it, la manna method, has a bit of a ring to it, no?)
"What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun." Ecclesiastes 1:9

I will distill and simplify for you the most effective maps and tools that I have used to change my life.
with more than 150 plant medicine ceremonies over the course of my 20-year journey through yoga, western esotericism, shamanism and the western psychotherapeutic tradition, I've collected a few insights into the human condition.

god willing, I can make the path a little clearer for you.
This course, or perhaps more accurately, this experience is, in a phrase designed to bring coherence to your thought and spontaneity in your actions.

energy and flow will be a byproduct of this restoration.

This is no easy task.
Most people are walking around with a head full of half-baked ideas, bad posture, chronic pain, tension, the list goes on.
this training is about clearing out the noise, opening your noetic faculty, freeing your body and getting real about where you’re at, who you are and where you're going.
This is going to be personal, raw, and spontaneous (to the extent that we are able)—no cardboard formulas.

in 90 days, you will...

-
Clean up and straighten out your thinking: Do you know what you actually know? Together, we’ll cut through the BS, the half-baked theories and thoughts floating around your head and bring some real coherence to your worldview and therefore, your life.

-
Ask better questions: Forget the endless theories, systems, typologies and maps of consciousness—you need CLARITY, and that comes partly, from knowing what questions to ask.

-
level up your Discernment: No more rabbit holes, wondering what’s worth your time. You’ll learn to see what’s essential and what’s just another distraction. NO MORE INFORMATION OVERLOAD. NO MORE OVERWHELM except the healthy kind that comes from leveling up

-
Gain Real tools and real insights: You’ll leave with practical insights that you can apply to your life, your work, relationships and practice immediately. In other words, you will learn the real meaning of INTEGRATION.

-
Increase your vitality
-
Unlock your creativity and more...

if you are a...

-
human, who’s tired of the surface-level spiritual talk and wants to dive into something deeper, with real meaning and substance

-
Professional who’s found success but still feels something’s missing, struggling to make sense of where to go next or how to bring balance between your outer success and inner fulfillment

-
Coach or guide feeling stuck, looking for tools that will cut through the noise and actually help your clients move forward—not just another system, but practical insights

-
Seeker overwhelmed by all the spiritual systems, books, and techniques, looking for clarity, and wanting to know how it all fits together

-
HuMan, who feels disconnected, lost in the chaos of life, and ready to get real, to clean up your mind, your body, and your thinking

-
Someone who’s been on a healing journey for a while but still feels stuck, like there’s something more you need but you can’t quite put your finger on it

-
Person who’s been doing the work, reading the books, but not seeing real results, still wrestling with old habits, beliefs, or cycles you just can’t break

-
HuMan, who feels the calling to help others but doesn’t know where to start, unsure of your path but ready to find out what’s next

This is for you.

*This isn’t for everyone. seriously. This is for earnest seekers. If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels, if you're ready to stop "learning" and start changing, take off the masks and dive deep, then we’re ready to do this together. It’s not going to be comfortable, but it will be worth it.

"Nothing can be attained without suffering but at the same time one must begin by sacrificing suffering." GI Gurdjieff

Book a call today to see if this is the right fit for you.
Spots are limited to 7 because I’m giving my all to the few who are ready for real change.

Throughout these 90 days I'm going to give you all of me.

When I started my journey and for most of it, I was alone.
Chopping my way through the jungle (literally and figuratively) with very little guidance.

"Our chief want in life is somebody who will make us do what we can.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson

I followed my 'passion' --that was the problem (passion means 'to suffer' by the way, we'll go into this in the course)

another problem is, we will naturally avoid facing our ourselves,

“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, to avoid looking at their own souls. — Carl Jung
we will avoid at all costs looking at the parts of ourselves that are immature and underdeveloped and move toward what we're good at and what's comfortable. (We may then overdevelop one faculty at the expense of another.)

We cannot see the frame from which we view the world. (This is the principle behind "limiting/unconscious beliefs" and "shadow" work and why we need other people to help us see.)

In my case, I was chasing glory in the guise of "I want to help people" really, I wanted to be different, special, and admired.

vainglory in Christian terms.

Certainly, I had many genuine heart opening and healing experiences along the way, but I never sat still long enough to let them take root

I was still running from certain feelings, disconnected from my body and had a bunch of different worldviews floating around in my head.

and I had become so good at hiding my pain from others on top of the fact that I had been in fight or flight since I was 4 so it was my baseline

I put the wise man, the shaman, the yogi up on a pedestal and built a completely unrealistic picture of the world and myself.

When the dissonance between my real self and my imagined self-became too much to maintain my fantasy finally shattered. and through the painful process of facing reality, I was able to discern my true likes and dislikes, listen to my heart/intuition, trust myself, set boundaries, stop people pleasing and stop self-sabotaging.

Furthermore, I could see the function of these things and that they are actually protecting you.

but we're adults now and we can set the things of our childhood aside

it was a long road to get there, and it certainly didn't happen the way I expected it and in my time. it is an ongoing process.

I say all this to say, we don't know precisely what we need.

through the process of cleaning up our mind, our thinking and awakening our body and our heart. it will be revealed to us. and the limiting beliefs, the shadow work, the inner child work, etc. etc. will take care of itself.

awareness alone is curative.

in a sentence this process is about separating the signal from the noise.

And it's noisy out there my friends.

A story
My name is Chris(topher) Michael LaManna.
You can call me Chris.
Man, where to begin.
well, I came out the gate running.
Restless.
sensitive.
naiive.
it soon became apparent that "Normal" life wasn't going to do it for me.
I was seeking something deeper—something beyond the ordinary.
Naturally, this got me into some trouble.
but eventually led me into the domain of the 'spiritual."
and then to psychedelics, plant medicine ceremonies across south America, vision quests, and years spent studying with healers, shamans, and therapists from around the world.
i was even featured in a documentary called 'lsd and the psychedelic revolution' on national geographic
I’ve immersed myself in everything from yoga to Qabalah and ceremonial magick to bioenergetics, the Enneagram, and the fourth way.
but despite the many revelations and seeming healing the puzzle never seemed to come together.

finally, in 2023 after a 10-day silent meditation retreat featuring iboga and other 'medicines'.

i cracked.

Desperately trying to put myself back together I found myself drawn to something I had overlooked, something hidden in plain sight—
Christianity.

the ancient eastern orthodox tradition to be precise.
which, for over 2,000 years, has understood the human condition in a way that modern systems are but a footnote upon.
It was during this time...200 plant medicine ceremonies, 100 breathwork sessions, 1000 hours of meditation later, that I encountered the living god for the first time.
sober.
and in a flash, all of my theories and systems and esoteric knowledge dissolved.

and the eye of the heart opened.

A lil bit at least.
with a new level of discernment, I could now see the pieces for what they were and put them in their proper place.

god is simple. that is profound.

my work is only just beginning.

I’ve helped people from all walks of life—some addicted, some depresseD, some caught in the whirlwind of spiritual confusion, those who’ve “done the work” but still feel unfulfilled, and those looking to reconnect to something deeper.
